How I work

At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that you can create a life that feels good to you, and that is what you deserve.

I know what it feels like to look around and realize life isn’t going the way you envisioned despite working hard to get to where you thought you wanted to be. It can be tough to come to terms with this, and come up with a plan to make changes. You don’t have to do this alone.

I am passionate about helping motivated and high achieving women take inventory of their lives and get on a path toward positive change. You deserve to live a life you feel satisfied with. I guide my clients through self discovery in a compassionate, collaborative, and safe space.

My clients walk away from therapy with a new perspective that helps them step into whatever comes next with clarity and confidence.

    • Biannual continuing education credits are required to uphold licensure. Topics of training include ethics, trauma, anxiety, depression, and executive functioning.
