A more fulfilling life is possible.

Totality: an aggregate amount: sum, whole. 2a: the quality or state of being total : wholeness.

Totality Counseling was born out of the understanding that our lives consist of many parts- and our hope is that they all go as well as they can. Think of a car for example- if one thing isn’t working well, the check engine light comes on. This means if our job is going well but we aren’t getting along with our family, or if things are okay at home but work is stressing us out, we’re likely not doing well. When things start to get out of balance, it can be helpful to get assistance with getting back on track.

Are you tired of waking up every day disappointed, confused, and anxious?

You’ve made it to the right place.

I know what it feels like to look around and realize life isn’t going the way you envisioned, despite working hard to get to where you thought you wanted to be. It can be tough to come to terms with this, and come up with a plan to make changes. You don’t have to do this alone. I am passionate about helping motivated adults take inventory of their lives and get on a path toward positive change. You deserve to live a life you feel satisfied with. I guide my clients through self discovery in a compassionate, collaborative, and safe space. My clients walk away from therapy with a new perspective that helps them step into whatever comes next with clarity and confidence.

You could be struggling with:

  • Navigating long term singleness or a recent break up

  • Struggling with work when you’ve wanted for years to get to this position

  • Setting boundaries in important relationships

  • Making decisions on your own due to overthinking or self doubt

  • Reevaluating relationship, career, or general lifestyle needs

  • Wanting to learn to live more authentically

  • Having professional burnout

  • Feeling confused about what comes next

MY APPROACH

Everything we do in therapy will be tailored to your specific goals and needs.

It’s important to me that you get value from our sessions together.

I believe you are the expert on your own life and can collaborate with me to get best results. I use an integrative approach to treatment, pulling from different modalities based off of your specific needs. No matter what issues you come to therapy with, I believe you should be actively working toward positive change. This may look like journaling or doing other homework between sessions which will help you take an active part in your treatment. Working with me is goal oriented and my hope is that you will practice using the skills, insight, and techniques we discuss so that you can feel confident with the tools you have to manage your life long term. My clients would describe me as calm, understanding, and compassionate.
