Are you starting to notice that

  • You’re dreading work each day before it even starts

  • You’re feeling overwhelmed at work

  • You’re feeling unfulfilled and sad when thinking about your current career

  • You’re questioning your purpose and what you’re supposed to be doing

Feeling more satisfied and fulfilled with work is possible.

Work is a huge part of our lives and many of us feel proud about our titles and the work we do. What happens when your work is no longer a source of pride, but of frustration, sadness, and confusion?

It can be tough when the career you’ve worked so hard for starts to feel like a mistake and it can be hard to admit it may be time for some changes. Together we can work on finding clarity, coming up with boundaries, and making a plan to move forward in the most positive and beneficial way for you.

Therapy for work stress can help you:

  • Learn healthy coping skills to get through those hard days

  • Come up with a plan to help reduce overwhelm and anxiety at work

  • Identify values and set career goals that align

  • Set appropriate boundaries with coworkers, clients, and/or superiors

  • Feel more balanced overall
